Born and raised in Los Angeles

Zach is an entrepreneur with 18 years of experience in real estate development and design.

In 2015 Zach and his wife, Lourdes Hernandez, restored a historic Church in Highland Park and created The Ruby Street, now one of the top event spaces in Los Angeles.

Leigh is specialized in residential properties but his range of work includes commercial and historic buildings.

Zach travels often, loves his dog Chula and also plays guitar around the world with Russian Red.
